the light has a bad connection where the light pugs in. Just un plug it and clean the plug with a tooth brush and baking soda MAKE SURE IT IS VERY DRY and plug it back in.
Usally that means U have a BAD Ground wire or connection.U know it has Voltage - because the light is lit.
