Your 2002 Prism has a CD player and as far as I can see no buttons labeled Hr Min to adjust the clock so how do you adjust the clock?

The radio should have a button for "recall" which also doubles as the clock setting function. Press and hold recall while pressing seek (or it might be tune; it's one of the two) to the left to advance the hour and to the right to advance the minutes. Release recall and voila! Your clock is now set.
