your driver/ passenger dual zone temperature switch is bad. buy a new one and replace it. $35 at any auto junk yard. easy fix.
Have the wheel bearings checked, as well as the alignment.
It's located under the cowl on the passenger side of the Impala.

there should be a air valve on the engine that you can bleed the bubbles out of the cooling system.
That depends on the engine size. If the 3.4L v6, it OS on the drivers side top of the front valve cover. If the 3.8L (3800) it is located under the MAP sensor on the top of the passenger side of the engine.
Probably a bad exhaust pipe and/or muffler. Have it checked.....
the egr valve on a 2004 impala should be on the drivers side of the engine. It is located at the rear towards the firewall.
It is under the dash on the passenger's side.
