Your 2004 Impala is only cooling on the drivers side only hot air comes out of the passenger vents Any idea what could be wrong you checked and it has plenty of freon?

your driver/ passenger dual zone temperature switch is bad. buy a new one and replace it. $35 at any auto junk yard. easy fix.
