Either the motor has burned up or the mechanism for raising and lowering has fallen off. You will need to remove the inside of the door to check.

You probably missed the contact on the switch in the door panel. Check it out by using a 12 V power cable to turn the motor both directions. If that doesn't work you probably need a new motor for that window.

You have a broken wire in the harness that runs to the drivers door. Look near the hinges for the door, the problem will be in that harness.

The drivers door window switch is the master; all power runs thru it first. check the breaker if that is good, I would pull the switch at the drivers door and test both sides of ot; it may just be a loose connection. Power locks are a unrelated/seperate circuit.

Remove the door panel, find and unplug the window motor. Use jumper wires to supply battery voltage from the door lock switch (or use jumper cables and jumper wires to get power to it from the battery) to the two contacts on the motor. If the window goes the wrong way, switch the wires at the motor. Leave the window motor unplugged so it can't be rolled down accidentally until you are able to properly repair the window.
