If individual pixels are blacked out, most likely you will have to replace the digitizer.

To understand, there are "two" screens. The "glass" and the "digitizer" where the digitizer is the panel that produces the pixels.

You will most likely have to get your digitizer and screen replaced

Yes. Under the glass of your device is an LCD screen. Black spots indicate that the screen was damaged when the glass cracked.
