Rotors may be warped
If you are saying it vibrates while applying the brakes just before you come to a stop, then the brake rotors are warped. You will need to have them turned and trued, and replace the front brake pads. Check for vacuum leak at brake booster
The brake pedal vibrates.
replace the relay under the hood Also check brake lights switch had the same problem switched bulbs and worked fine
Blow the old brake dust out of the drum.
Sounds like a Vacuum leak in brake booster.
Possible ground issue at the taillights.
The Parking Brake could be set (even slightly)
Most likely warped brake discs
check your bulbs
