If all the voltages are good (battery & alternator) you probably need to replace the starter. Make sure all connections & grounds are good.

Check the cars ignition coil and crank sensor. Either of these could be overheating and causing the car to not start until it sits for a while.
shut of the fuel relay and crank until it starts, then it will die. reconnect relay and your good to go
