If you can hear a clicking on the door - then you know the fuse, switch and circuit are good. = = You need to open up the door - and using a bulb tester or voltmeter - test at the motor to see if you have battery power when the switch is operated..
If you dont..then its a relay fault or break in the wiring inside the door somewhere ( unlikely but can happen )
If you do get voltage ( battery voltage ) - then the fault is either the motor itself or the motor is jammed or the workings...

you have to take all the plastic trim off inside the rear around the window the window is bolted into place yes i know it sounds crazy but there little nuts tend bolts are molded into the rubber around the window and nuts on the inside so there you go

You can put a manual rollup window back on track, in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier, by removing the inside door panel. The window track is easily visible with the door panel removed.
