most likely you're looking at a wiring problem. just follow the wires/current from the center light to the side lights and see where the "brake" on the line is.also check the light bulbs some models provide dual action regular lighting and braking. the braking side(i forgot the name of the strings inside the bulb) usually goes bad due the the current spike the bulb receives during braking. just make sure that inside the light bulb you see two strings.
Ans 2 - most likely the bulbs are gone - very common. I always carry two spares
The brake light fuses can be found in the fuse box. The brake light fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
what do you have to do to change the center brake light
The center brake light replacement will require replacing the entire brake light assembly. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the center brake light retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new center brake light.
You probably have a faulty brake light switch
Either all brake light bulbs are bad, and yes it is common for all the bulbs to fail with in a day or two. Or the signal light switch has an internal problem.
