If you or her other parent also have the same status as her, you can apply for both of you at the same time if you meet the requirements for citizenship. If neither of parents hold British citizenship or indefinite leave to remain not, then she must wait until she is an adult.

You have Gambian passport and visa you have indefernate leave to stay in England where can you travel on your passport and visa with out applying for a shengan visa?

Your indefinite leave to remain in the UK doesn't allow you to travel without a visa. So basically you can travel between the Gambia and UK. If you successfully apply for citizenship and then get a British passport, you can travel freely throughout Europe and to any country that a British citizen can travel to without the need for a visa.
