If it is a convertible the drain holes are full of crap, they are located under the rocker panels. They are usually bent shut when using a jack or lift in the wrong location.
On my 97 convertible there are rubber plugs in the front rear fenderwells down at the bottom. I found this out the hard way because the rear floor was wet when the water could not escape. How stupid is it that plugs are in there in the first place.

Heater core is shot, its monted on the firewall behind center console/instrument cluster. When turning on heater fan, will dischrge coolant out of the vent. Replace heater core to resolve the leak
The heater coil is defective My 99 convertible did this, fried my amp under the seat and blew my speakers and stereo. the problem ended up being that the weep holes in the body under the rockers were pinched shut. I had recently had the fender replaced and the weep hole was right where the jack goes. Took a screw driver and opened them back up.
Key on, engine off. Press the gas pedal to the floor three times in ten seconds.
It wasn't a standard feature but if you have one it's on the floor to the front left of the drivers seat.
