When it comes down to it, your parents and his parents have nothing to do with your relationship with him, right? Your choices are up to you, not them. I think that you should ignore their negativity. Hard to say, though; I'm not the one dealing with it. It must be stressful...

they dont have "boyfriends"
dont go over the top giggly.. try to act natural..
you tell them that you dont have anymore friends and that that person is your only friend that you have
first you ask them why? Then say dont worry about my sista cause trust me she don't want ya.
ask your boyfriend if he knows why his parents are upset with you. if he doesnt know, then when ever you see his parents, dont shy yourself away from them. be polite and well mannered, and try to hold a conversation with them, but dont make it a boring one.
Get used to it and join the club. It'll be awhile, trust me.

In my experience, I'd say give them time. Their your parents. And its more likely that they'll forgive you and trust you again if you lay low for a while (and also obey their every command...lol). But yes, I dont think you'll have anything to worry about. Your parents love you and will trust you again.
