Could you be pregnant if you forgot some of your pills last month and your period was only a brownish discharge?

Yes! You need to take a home test or go see a doctor. Missing
pills or being late taking them is a very big cause for pills not
work and then women to become pregnant. And a brownish period
instead of a regular period is a sign of pregnancy.
Brownish discharge may be a sign of pregnancy for some women but
for many women, a brownish discharge is the actual period. Periods
are lighter while on the pill and many times brownish in color, in
my opinion it is not a definite sign of pregnancy.

Asked in Spotting While Pregnant
If you are 2days late for your period and you started spotting a brownish color and this morning it was a pink and reddish brown color a little heavier you have had cramps all day could you be preg.?

Could be - yes. If you aren't sure, then take a test.
Realistically however, if you have cramps, you probably are
not pregnant. The color of blood also suggests that you are
just getting a late start on your period. If it persists or you
have other reasons to suspect you might be pregnant, then, by all
means get checked out so that you can know for sure
Is your period supposed to be heavy when you find out if your pregnant?

Not at all. A heavy period when thinking your pregnant could
mean a few things.
1. You could have just gotten your period.
2. You could have miscarried.
Some women get what's called "implantation bleeding" when they
first start their pregnancy. It's a brownish color. It shouldn't be
too bloody, and it shouldn't last that long. It's also referred to
as spotting.
If you strongly believe your pregnant, but your having common
bleeding or heavy bleeding, get checked out by a doctor.
