A blown power window fuse is the most common reason for the power windows not to go down. The fuse can be found in the fuse box. The location of the fuse can be found on the inside cover of the fuse box.

You might have pushed the window lock button which will cause you to not be able to open any of the windows. You might also have a bad computer which is getting old and needs to be thrown away
Power windows were an option.
