There should be a fuse box panel located on the front passenger side footwell area. Take off the cover and check fuse # 20. A diagram of the fuse layout should be on the backside of the cover. It's a 15 amp fuse and lt. blue in color. If your radio is exhibiting erratic memory loss, check under the hood in the power distribution center. Be certain that the IOD maxi fuse (#7) is firmly seated. Good luck!
If it is the stock radio, you may need to look at the power adapter in the back, or look at the wiring harness. If it is a more recent aftermarket radio, there may be a bus fuse in the botton left hand corner. I've dealt with numerous radios, and they all seem to be in that corner.

If the radio in a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan quits working, it is likely a blown fuse. It could also be faulty wiring or a defective radio.

A car radio that has stopped working will need to be checked for wiring problems or a problem in the radio itself. The car dealer should be able to track the source of the problem to let you know how to proceed with fixing it.
No it does not...it has an input for the optional CD Changer in the rear of the car.

Your radio operates on one fuse, so if your display wasn't working, but the radio still worked, your radio is fried. Replace it.
