You may have a bad ground
If the night running lights have failed the bulbs should be checked. Find the bulb housings and remove the parts. After the bulbs are replaced check the lights.
Every vehicle has warning lights to inform the driver of things going on. The check engine light comes on because there is something going wrong with the engine.
Every vehicle that I've experienced this problem in was due to the tail light fuse being burned out. This condition is because the tail lights and dash lights share a common fuse, which makes the dash lights act as an indicator as to whether or not your tail lights are working (although, this doesn't indicate whether the bulbs are good or not).
There is a recall notice to replace the sockets on the lamps for the stop and turn lights. However, every time I have taken mine in, the dealer has no parts in stock!
I have a 1995 neon dodge and my dash lights will not come on or my tail lights and every time i change the airbag fuse and turn on the car the airbag fuse blows.
Short in the wiring.
Probably because you need to add oil or the oil pump is not working properly. Unfortunately these "idiot lights" usually only illuminate when the problem becomes quite serious and engine damage is either imminent or has already occurred. Proper maintenance of a vehicles engine can prevent things like this from happening. Every automobile owner should check all engine fluids at least once a week. Be kind to your engine and it will give you years of faithful service.
Many check engine lights are hooked to the odometer and come on every so many miles, otherwise you need to download fault codes. GET A MANUAL!
You must use different speedo gears, Ford makes speedo gears with different number of teeth, the amount of teeth on the gear determines what the speedo displays.Usually for every 1 inch of over size from stock tires will throw the speedo off by about 5 MPH. Usually a change of 1 tooth size is equal to 5 MPH. Hope that helps.
The battery: either it is almost discharged, or a terminal is not clean/poorly connected, or badly earthed.
Drivers side near the rear of the transmission. Just a side note, I changed mine because my speedo stopped working. It was not the problem. I replaced the speedo cluster from a junk yard from a 1993 model. I had to change the panel surrounding it, but it looks better and the speedo now works! I THINK if the speed sensor is bad, then you would have shifting problems. Also, I THINK the speedometers from that year/style was not good. Every cluster from the junkyards were removed, forcing me to take a chance at a newer model to see if it would work. And I am glad I did - plugged right in!
lights are required to be installed on every trailer
