Your windstar rear AC and heater blows hot air all the time and the right front does not gets hot?

change out the switch that controls the a/c heat to the rear ( the farthest switch to right). It's a vacuum switch that isn't very hard to do, just remorve one cover and unscrew it. The first couple of times you use it after you change it out it will act like it isn't working, but as the vacuum pressure builds it will catch.
