it could be many thing, however mostly on the zx2 it would be the shifter solenoid gone out. if you look beside your shifter and there is a little plastic tab, pop it off, stick a screwdriver down there, it should let you shift now, if it does then take off the console and zip tie it fully engaged and it will work from now on, cheap easy fix.
