i have no credit cards of any kind and like to know how to get this so called free government funds without a credit card?

if you have a debit card for your checking account and if it shows the logo for Visa or MasterCard, you can use it as a credit card. Check with your bank if you're not sure. Be mindful that your line of credit is what funds you have in your check book.
