Puebla is the fourth largest city in Mexico and is ripe with culture. Puebla was once home to many European settlers, mainly German, and the German presence is still felt there. It was founded in 1531 by the Spanish conquistadors.

When dining in Puebla, trying their famous mole sauce is a must. Other delights are the camote, a sweet potato dessert. Many fine restaurants line the streets downtown, but travel a little further out to experience true authentic cuisine made fresh by the locals.

There are many attractions as well. Puebla has two soccer teams and a stadium that seats 45,000 people. The people there are passionate about their soccer and attending one of the games is an exciting experience. Hop on one of the double decker buses for a sight seeing tour.
