Yes, a little one in Hyannis. (I'm guessing you're the same person asking how long it takes to drive from Chicago! The same thing applies here. You can't search for Cape Cod airport because Cape Cod itself isn't a city). Generally, in the summer, there are lots of flights. But they are booked pretty far in advance and the cost is outrageous. Very often, that leg will be 3-4 times the cost of the flight from your original destination. Sometimes you get lucky, though.

If you're looking for a better fly/drive combo, I'd suggest one of two things:

Fly to Boston and rent a car from there.

Fly into TF Green Airport in Providence and drive from there. It's actually a really nice airport and not a bad drive at all.
