There is a fues that you can pull out and then put it back in. when you do that, it will reset and you should be able to use your remote or the button inside. look in your user manual for the correct fuse. also, i couldn't open mine with the remote or button, but the key would work, so you may try that. after i reset mine two or three times, it stopped getting stuck altogether and has worked fine now for a year without any more problems.
