Hi,
The Body Control Module (BCM) is located under the dash, on the passenger side of the van. You will have to remove the lower dash panel to get to it.
I have included a link below that shows its location, and there are various photographs. I know this is for a 2001 model, but the 1999 model has the BCM in the same location.
Good Luck, Greg

On a 1998 Chevy Venture, the Body Control Module (BCM) is typically located behind the dashboard, specifically on the driver’s side. You may need to remove the lower dash panel to access it. The BCM is usually mounted to the vehicle's wiring harness, making it somewhat concealed but accessible with the right tools.
in my 99 Chevy venture there is a button on the ceiling where the console is there that you push to open them.

The bcm for a 99 Sunfire should be under the dash. It is on the drivers side near the kick panel.
In the 2002 Chevy Venture, the Body Control Module (BCM) is typically located underneath the dashboard, near the driver's side, behind the fuse box. It may require removing some trim panels to access it. This module is responsible for various electrical functions, including interior lighting and power door locks. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details and procedures.
