NO drain plug... the fill plug is the dipstick tube. Oops, that's the automatic. No drain plug and the fill plug is half way up and looks like a square peg

simple enough. there are 2 plugs on the trans, one on the bottom to drain, and one on the side to fill. Drain it out, replace the plug, remove the side plug and pump the appropriate manual transmission fluid in until it starts to dribble out of the hole and then replace the plug. Done!
