In a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac :
The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located in the front
passenger footwell , by the kick panel
* the kick panel is the interior trim panel , in front of the front door , beside the passengers right foot
In the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel
Most of the time, they are under the dash, usually in the middle. Its a black box with a white switch.... push it
It's in the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel
Go to the ford website and download the owners manual for your vehicle the location of the reset switch is in there. I have a 1996 Limited Explorer and mine is located under the instrument panel the right hand side trim panel above the carpet.
In the right front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel ( according to the owners manual )
location of fuel pump reset switch on 2007 mustang
I believe that is in the front passenger footwell , just to the right of the transmission hump , under the front edge of the carpet
The reset button ( which is on the top of the switch ) should be pressed DOWN ( if the button has popped up , the switch is tripped and no power is going to the electric fuel pump )
There is no reset switch for the fuel pump on any s-series
No reset switch, Chrysler controlls the fuel system with relays.
A Dodge Stratus does not have a reset switch.
The reset switch for the anti-theft system on a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport is typically located in the passenger compartment, near the driver's side kick panel or behind the glove box. You may need to remove some trim or panels to access it. Check your owner's manual for specific details or diagrams to help locate the switch more easily.
