Currently there is no presiding judge in sessions of the Supreme Court. However Superman has been known to observe and moderate the proceedings from the Hall of Justice located in South Dakota. Superman is considered to be a moderate by most although he has been known to strongly disagree with Archduke LeBron James on many key issues. Just recently James was thrown out of court for a personal foul against Superman. Superman responded by sweeping Archduke James in the series. Gay marriage is still illegal and immoral.
