In school we were taught that Galahad was the only one who was pure of heart, and the only one able to touch the Holy Grail.
The chair was named in the United Kingdom in the 1500's as it was only for nobles. The term is still used for chairs today but has a broader use.
Galahad became a famous hero primarily through his quest for the Holy Grail, which he achieved due to his purity and virtuous character. As a knight of the Round Table, he demonstrated exceptional bravery, skill, and chivalry, often surpassing his peers in noble deeds. His success in finding the Grail not only solidified his status as a legendary figure in Arthurian legend but also symbolized the ideal of knightly virtue and divine grace. Galahad’s achievements have made him a lasting symbol of heroism and spiritual purity in literature.
It sounds Russian to me but the only thing I could find on it was that it is a name used in the Harry Potter movies.
They called him Barbarous ( varvari ) . Only because of there language because when they speak you could only hear noise like var var var... It was just a name not any insult
Only one knight could sit in the Seat of Peril, the one destined for it. That was Lancelot's son, Galahad.
He, being destined as the most worthy of all knights, is the only knight to sit in the Seat Perilous. This is significant because before his coming, any man who dared sit in that chair was destroyed. When he was fifteen, Galahad was knighted by his father, Sir Lancelot, and joined the Knights of the Round Table. He was the last to join the group and the only occupant of the Seat. Another point of significance is that he who sits in the Seat Perilous will also achieve the Holy Grail. Before this time none of the knights of Arthur's Court was able to get it. Galahad is most famous for achieving that sacred relic and then devote his life, giving up his earthly state, to God.
Lancelot and Galahad were much different. They were both amazing knights able to best most others at anything because of their skills in fighting. However, Galahad proved that he was the better knight by defeating Lancelot on the quest to find the Holy Grail. Galahad was more pious than Lancelot and it was his purity that allowed him to be the best. Lancelot had been considered the best knight but then, because of Lancelot's sinfulness Galahad was able to best him. Galahad also seemed like he was not human to many people because of his great holiness. Lancelot had made mistakes, but eventually had repented; Galahad didn't seem to make any mistakes and was able to reach the holy grail, while Lancelot was only to get a glimpse of it.

The only time the ATKs matter is during Damage Calculation itself. Galahad's ATK changes before Damage is calculated - the ATK decrease will be applied before the ATKs are compared. So if it decreases his ATK enough so it's lower than the attacking monster, Galahad will be destroyed by battle, the attacker will be ok.
i would say so as long as it stays on the basic chair guidelines. if it rocks as well as it being a chair then it's a rocking chair. and i just looked up the definiton and it agrees as well.
