It sounds like a bad Lock actuator. If it gets seized it wont move.
U need 2 spray the inside of the power door lock switch with electrical contact cleaner or repair the loose connection on the back of the switch
To disarm the alarm you need to put the key into the door lock and unlock the car. Putting the key into the ignition will not stop the alarm.
some cars have a 'shift lock' mechanism, you insert your car key into the 'shift lock' machanism to unlock the gear, restart your car to drive to nearest repair shop.
To clarify just a bit. The doors no longer unlock when car is turned off or when using the keyless entry remote. Using the key and the button on the drivers side door still works with out a problem. Also, the doors will still lock when car is turned on and when the doors are locked using keyless entry remote.

i have a old buick park ave the back doors will not unlock the door will not open inside or out there is no place for a key they did not make them with a key hole help Power locks? Either pull the fuse that controls them or disconnect the battery. You should be able to unlock them manually then. One of the switches is stuck possibly. If this works, you can disconnect the lock to the back doors and just lock them manually.
