regular drum brakes in the back on that model, any parts store should be able to get the new lining for you.
there are 2 clamps that have to be dislodged on the seat bottom and there is one on each side of the base of the seat, push the base of the seat inward and then push up to dislodge the clamps, this has to be done on both sides of the seat bottom, once you get the seat bottom out you will see 2 bolts that hold the seat back rest in place, take the 2 bolts out and then you will be able to take the seat back out.
