If you mean theft system activated, it can only be reset through computer by an auto locksmith or dealer. If light flashes when key is on, theft was detected. If light is not on and you have no fuel at schrader valve on rail- you can try inertia switch for fuel.

There is no fuel reset button on this car. Describe the problem your having. I assume it cranks, but doesn't start? BClear.
I would look at the fuel system next. It takes two thing to make a car run, fuel and spark.
sometimes u need to put some gas in the intake ,anoher thing; if u run out of gas alot or run on E alot u will malfunction ur fuel pump
