You can call someone without showing your own number by dialing star symbol67 before you dial the phone number you wish to call. this blocks your number just on this call, not permanently. If you want to block your number permanently go into your phone's menu settings and look for the option to block your number.
If its your own number, you can call airtel's call center and ask for it. If it belongs to someone else, the district attorney will have to get a judge to issue a warrant.

Your own number cannot call you - it would get a busy tone !
It happens when either holder of that number can hide "caller id" (permission from network provider required) OR when international call was made via calling card which does not have it's own number.
Depending on your location (such as a factory), it may have its own number to call. Otherwise, call the emergency number 911.
