Get a 3 gal marine gas container, fill it with 2.8 gal, add 8oz 2 stroke oil, and a dash of store and start. Drain you filters and run this mixture through. I take the fuel hose of the fuel pump inlet and squeze the fuel through with the primer bulb of the 3 gal tank till I see green fuel (your fuel concoction) coming out, then run the motor for 10 minutes.

Do you want it quick and cheap? Or fantastic and expensive? Cheap: Pull all the spark plugs and spray WD-40 into the cylinders. Turn the motor by hand using the flywheel to articulate it. Do not use the electric start. Before you do this, purchase an winterize kit from your local marina or boating store. There will be an "antifreeze" solution to add to your water pumping system. You will need a tank or garbage can to use it. It will treat the rubber pump parts and seals so they don't crack or dry rot during the winter or from lack of use. Then do the spark plug thing. Then cover the motor with a large plastic bag and this should be sufficient. Expensive?: take it to your local marina or boat mechanic and let him do it!
