Why can't I get Channel 7 on my new HDTV it was professionally installed got all channels now it skips from channel 5 to 13 no 7?

Sometimes I get chanel 7, then there is a box that says "No Broadcast Now" what's going on with this. When it was installed I received all channels but after a day and half, channel 7 disappeared completely and jumps from channel 5 to channel 13.
