To access the speaker in a door of a Chevrolet Tahoe, you'll need to remove the door panel. Start by carefully prying off any trim pieces and unscrewing any visible screws. Once the screws are removed, gently pull the door panel away from the door frame, being cautious of any clips that may still be attached. After the panel is off, you can access the speaker to replace or repair it as needed.

You will need to remove the screws in the door pull area, remove the power window panel, and the door lock pull, from there you carefully pop the plastic retainers holding the inner door panel to the door, work your way around carefully prying them away. The speaker will be bolted to the steel door behind the grille that is a part of the door panel, unbolt it and replace with the same size new speaker.
