Open hood and remove the hard plastic cover over the headlight and radiator; this will expose most of the mounting screws. Then remove the corner lamp by removing the retaining screw at the top corner of the headlamp; this will expose the remaining mounting screws.
To remove the door panel from a 2003 Honda Pilot all the mounting screws must be found and removed. There will be 2 screws and 8 clips holding the panel to the door. After removing the screws the door panel will be able to be pulled off.
To remove the radio remove the mounting screws for the center console. Pull the center console off the 2005 Acura TL. Remove the rest of the mounting screws and pull the radio.
Detach the vacuum hose from the vacuum advance unit. Remove the distributor cap and unscrew the two mounting screws. Pull the rotor off the shaft and remove those two mounting screws as well. Unscrew the two advance unit mounting screws and remove the unit from the distributor.
To remove a Honeywell thermostat from the wall, first turn off the power to the thermostat at the circuit breaker. Next, carefully remove the cover of the thermostat to access the mounting screws. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the mounting screws and gently pull the thermostat away from the wall. Be sure to disconnect any wires attached to the thermostat before fully removing it from the wall.
By simply removing the screws first.
The front bumper on a 1991 Acura Integra is held on by several mounting screws. Remove all the screws and gently pull the bumper off the remaining mounting clips.
Remove the lens, and the mounting screws are at the back of the box.
To remove the original cassette player from a 2001 Honda Civic loosen all of the mounting screws to the center console. Remove the screws and any clips. Pull of the center console to reach the bracket for the radio. Remove the mounting screws off of the bracket. Pull out and disconnect the radio.
The factory tape deck on a 1996 Acura Integra can be taken off by removing the center console. Once the console is off remove the remaining mounting screws on the radio and pull it out.
The radio on a 1987 Honda Civic is held in place by the center console. First remove the center console to reveal the several mounting screws holding the unit in place. Remove the mounting screws and pull the radio out of the car.
drill screw head out with 1/4 " drillbit mirror mounting plate can be removed by removing door panel. replace with new monting plate if threads are stripped in mounting plate. just did this myself
