Flush,Clean or change the heater core u need to replace engine thermostat
engine not warm, low coolant, or stuck thermostat
Check to insure that the engine coolant is full and the thermostat is not stuck. Without the heated fluid from the engine the heater will always blow cold air.
Most likely cause is a failed engine thermostat.
check heater core could be cloggedCheck the engine coolant level also.*no, the heater relies on the engine for heat and when you drive the engine warms generating heat:)*
Your heater will blow cold air only.
It doesn't really blow it out it just warms the cold air.
Low coolant. If the coolant is low then the heater core is not able to transfer heat in to the car.
I just had this problem on my 2005 Impala. My fix was a new thermostat. I also had the symptom of the engine temp swinging from hot to cold.
