you need to repair the lights and they will both work and your taillights will work properly
AnswerIf this were my car, I would replace the brake light switch ( near the brake pedal ). This could be the problem and is about the cheapest thing to start with. Good luck.check the ground connection at the taillights a bad ground will cause this
with the park lights on both left and right side are lite. but when the brake is applied the right brake lights up and the left goes out(doesn't light up)
The left brake light works the right brake light doesn't and the bulbs is good
its a ground wire
Check the bulb.
you have to take off the panel that is covering around the brake and then you will see the brake light switch on the front side of the brake you can just simply turn it left or right and that will adjust it
Yes. One switch is for the left and right brake light assemblies; and, the other is for the 'third' brake light.
The fuse for the left brake light is # 5 and the right and 3rd brake light fuse is # 17 in the fascia fuse box
Number 7 fuse on the right brake light in the trunk fuse box number 5 for the left side brake light also in the trunk.
A third brake light is used to provide a deceleration warning to vehicles that can't see the left and right lights. You can learn more about these brake lights at the Wikipedia.
Right side bulb might be blown.
i have conected the black and red wire to the brake and it works (the brake light that is) and i conected the blue and white to the signal lights each wire being left and right signal and it all works. but when i brake all of the light lights up the red bar for the brake and the orage bars left and right when i signal left or right whiles braking the signal works but the other signal light sticks on with the brake light. so if any one as any idears please let me know thanks
