Answer: The "130 lb" answer is categorically untrue. There are many different factors and more data is needed. For example: If you are 133lbs. and lead a sedentary lifestyle (Couch potato or vid-iot) then it is possible that your BMI (Body Mass Index) is higher than healthy. BUT....since anyone with a brain knows that muscle weighs more than fat, and you are active with a lower BMI, then your weight would be right on the money.
I will use myself as the model of what I am talking about. When I went into the military, 1 was 129lbs. I am 5'1. According to the scale, I was overweight BUT, since I was HIGHLY active in sports and ranching activity, upon body measurements, it was found that I had a BMI of just 21%. My weight was lean muscle mass and again, muscle weighs more than fat.
Stop focusing so much on the scale, and take to the measuring tape. The measuring tape will tell you everything you need to know. Good luck.
