To take care of your bones, a person to should make sure they're consuming a diet that is full of all the vitamins and minerals they need to keep bones strong. The best way to take care of bones is to drink lots of milk since it contains calcium.
have plenty of milk as it has calcium

the bones are stuctural unit of body...care is must be required...because if bones have any deformalities than cause orthoporosis...pain in particular region of body.so we need to exercise a lot and drink lots of milk,and other foods that has calcium in it.and also eat yougurt

Calcium is the best way to strengthen your bones. Lacking calcium results in our bodies getting calcium from our bones, making them weak.

Exercise and burn fat: ride a bike, stretch, climb stairs, swim, run, play sports, etc., for stronger bones.

Without bones, we could not be able to move. There are SO many reasons why we should take care of our bones, and if we do neglect them, they become brittle and can break easily-which I would assume you already know is bad. Without bones, we would not be able to do anything. Without bones, the human body could'NT exist... or it would just bend. Take care of your bones by choosing wise dairy food groups. (example:milk, yogurt, cheese) If you are 50+ I recommend taking Caltrate to make bones stronger. You must get it perscribed by a doctor first!!!
