For a week and a half now about every 36 hours I get pretty bad pain in my lower right quadrant with pain also around to my back. The pain last for around 6 to 8 hours then goes away. Any thoughts on what it could be. The pain is very low on my right side just above the pubis area.
There are several different things that could be happening if you have pain in the lower left side of your abdomen. You could have appendicitis, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis, or an injury.
If you have pain in your lower right quadrant, it may be a digestive issue. It could also be coming from a urinary problem.
It could be a variety of things but the immediate thing that comes to mind is appendicitis
