The only organ in the digestive system that produces acids to break down food is in the stomach.
Salivary glands, mainly parotid and sub-mandibular are called as mumps, when inflamed.
Herbivores eg. Cows, Sheep, Horses Rabbits Guinea Pigs... Dogs do if they feel poorly down or to clear their digstive system.
the job of the digestive system is to digest the food so that the next time u eat there will be enough place for the food.it also takes the help of the lungs by taking the juice made by it.this juice also a part in this process
The Circulatory System works with the Digstive System in several ways. One of them being that the digestive system breaks down food to get the nutrients, where it is then sent to the ileum (small intestine) to be absorbed by the villi that cover the walls of the ileum. In the villi there is a capillary that absorbs the nutrients into the lood stream and the blood then distributes these nutrients (or energy) around the body because of the pumping action of the heart. Hope this helps a bit :)
Drinking too much prune juice can lead to diarrea, gas, and painful abdominal cramps. Over time it can alter the ph level of your digstive track.

Yes. It also has an immune system, an endocrine system, and an integumentary system.
The systems of the body are the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system, the respiratory system, the digestive system, the urinary system, the reproductive system, the muscular system, the skeletal system, the nervous system, the integumentary system, and the endocrine system.
Nervous system is a Sensory System. The endocrine system is a messenger system
The twelve organ systems consist of: digestive system respiratory system cardiovascular system lymphatic system immune system nervous system muscular system skeletal system integumentary system reproductive system excretory system endocrine system
