Those with a larger surface area and less volume. The less volume the faster and more efficient transport is which allows the cell to prosess and respond to its environmental changes repidly and reach homeostasis.

What would work more efficiently 100 small cells 100 medium cells or 100 large cells 100 huge cells?

Cells are most efficient when they a greater surface area and smaller volume. The larger a cell gets, the more difficult transport becomes and the longer it takes to reach homeostasis. !00 smaller (Faster) cells are the most efficient of the options given.

What Units cells are measured in?

One can measure the size of a cell through various means. The most efficient method is to use a microscope with known units and approximate the size of the cell in that fashion.

Why is a tiny cell more efficient than a large cell?

Small cells are much more efficient. If there were large cells that we did not need a microscope to see, materials would take too long to travel to the center of the cell through the cytoplasm. But that is coming from the stand-point that the materials stayed the same size. If the materials got bigger as well, then there would be no problem but in real life, the particles would stay the same size and the over sized cell would die.

Why do larger organisms have the same sized cells as smaller organisms?

Regardless the size of an organism, whether only a few cell layers thick or comprised of many trillions of cells like ourselves, the maximum possible size or volume of a cell is very limited. Cells depend upon the free diffusion of nutrients in and out of their cell membrane. As a cell grows larger, its level of surface area to volume decreases and it becomes more difficult to effectively transport nutrients sufficient for their size across the membrane. They are also limited by the relative strength of the cell wall or cell membrane. The greater a cell's volume, the more pressure is being exerted on the membrane and if the pressure were to become too high, the cell would burst. As a result of these physical limitations, cells of any respective tissure are generally the same size accross species.

Is Freightliner the most fuel efficient brand of semi truck?

There hasn't really been a brand of semi trucks recognized as the most fuel efficient. Since they run on diesel a more efficient fuel, semi trucks already are more fuel efficient than cars in terms of size and power.
