i would say it's heterogenous because im a sophomore and we just studied Physical/Chemical changes and a heterogeneous mixture has more than one phase and fog has more than one thing that make it up. i would say it's heterogenous because im a sophomore and we just studied Physical/Chemical changes and a heterogeneous mixture has more than one phase and fog has more than one thing that make it up.
although fog would seem like a homogeneous solution, it is heterogeneous because of the chemicals inside the fog. so it would be considered a colloid, which means it's heterogeneous but looks like homogeneous
Fog is a mixture of Water and air. The two can be separated from each other, so it is heterogeneous.
fog is a heterogeneous mixture of water particles suspended in air in cooled condition the droplets are not big enough to fall to the ground though large enough to create foggy situation.
It is a heterogeneous mixture because the amount of smog in not uniform inside the air. Some part of air has different amount of smog in it and some has different.
clouds fog is clouds and to be more specific the clouds are stratus clouds

Fog is a mixture of water and air, which is itself a mixture..
Heterogeneous mixture.

Though fog is a colloid, many consider it to be a heterogeneous mixture of water and air.

Fog is actually a heterogeneous mixture of dust particles, water vapour(moisture),gases etc. , so it can be considered as a semi gaseous mixture.
