Scott Number 1629-31 An intact set of three can be purchased for $2.10 and used for 50 cents. Chances of getting much more than face value for them is not likely, dealers don't like dealing in small quantities.
You can also go to eBay and put in a request for the stamp and you will receive an offer to sell to you but I doubt you could sell them at more than face.

The F stamp was a picture of a Flower. They matched the picture to the letter. It has a face value of 29 cents.

In normal use the stamp goes on the back of the picture in the upper right corner. Place it like you would on an envelope. There are time when for collecting purposes a stamp is placed on the front with the picture and canceled. There are normally created by collectors for display.
The E stamp had a picture of Earth on it. The face value of the stamp was 25 cents.
Asking for picture ID will help prevent food stamp fraud in some ways.
