Well, Ganondorf has the Triforce of Power, his evil heart + the power of the ToP transforms him into Ganon the Demon King. If I remember correctly, I believe it ended up that Golbez was being controlled by another, more evil entity, if he were in the Legend of Zelda universe, he'd probably be someone that Ganondorf would take advantage of too - thus I think Ganondorf would be the winner. But Link would/could beat them both.
