No. You can only have one active video driver at a time. Each video port uses a different driver.
Judging by the standard port, i think you mean the built-in VGA that comes in some motherboards. The answer is no, once a 16x Graphics Card is being used, the motherboard will no longer use that VGA and no connection to it can be made. If your motherboard has another 16x slot, you can insert another Graphics Card and use SLI or Crossfire which will allow you to have multi-monitors. Keep in mind that Graphic Cards that have an HDMI connection and a DVI share the connection. Each graphics card itself can only support two monitors even if it has more then two DisplayPorts. If you want to get a third working monitor, you must get an active passive display adapater for a DisplayPort connection or buy another graphics card which can support two more monitors. Each adapter can support an extra monitor and can only be used on DisplayPorts Graphic Cards.
it shows all you hard drives and any other devices currently plugged in.
You can use two mice on a computer but they will conflict with each other and the computer will not know which one to rely on for the input.

You don't. Actually it is imperative that you UNPLUG your computer before trying to change your CPU. In addition, you need to make certain that you are grounded before you attempt to replace the CPU to avoid static discharge. Continuing on this from Original poster: I have been told by guides and other sources that you do keep the computer plugged in.
Computers don't have batteries so I'm assuming you're talking about a laptop. Laptops with their battery SHOULD work when its plugged in. Some laptops can even work WITHOUT the battery but still plugged in. However, if your battery has a critical flaw (dead short) then even with it plugged in, it won't work. I suggest you try the laptop with the battery removed. If it works, that is the problem, otherwise, your laptop has other problems.
When a PC FM transmitter is plugged into your computer and radio, it will take the audio output from your computer and transmit it through the wire so it will come out of your radio instead of other speakers.
Connecting any device to a computer needs several things. One is the ability of the device to store information in a form that is computer readable. Then what you need is a connection that allows a cable to be be plugged into the device and the other end of the cable to be plugged into a computer. The ability for computer to make any sense of what the device is sending it is the final thing you need. If you do not have some or all of those things you cannot import contacts from anything to anything
I do it through a router. My cord is plugged into the router. The router is plugged into the printer. In theory we could download the stuff to connect the other computer to the printer through the wireless connection but since it is hooked up directly to a different printer, we don't bother.
If the same operating system is on the other hard drive, then it's possible, providing its plugged in and active.
