What kind of food did the mash people eat?

They mostly ate Army Rations. But on occasion they got to try food from the Greeks on Greek Easter , fresh veggies from the locals. Though Hawkeye ordered Ribs and Sauce from a restaurant near Deerborne Station in Mich( I think), and Klinger received a gift of Hungarian Hotdogs from the Famous "Tony Paco's" from a patient he befriended who is also from Toledo, Ohio.
