Any part of the world which has the most vegetarians, I would imagine. Meats, and eggs hold the highest sources of proteins and so there is the risk that any vegetarian could become protein deficient. However, they can always eat some nuts to get plenty of this.

Protein Parts

Coding sequences of a gene are expressed as protein
Transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules carry the protein parts (amino acids) to the ribosome. The messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules serve as the template for the sequence of amino acids to be assembled into a protein.
The nucleolus control the ribosome parts.
The hydrophilic regions of a transmembrane protein are likely to be found on the exterior of the membrane. The transmembrane protein may have three parts: a hydrophilic segment, a hydrophobic segment, and another hydrophilic segment. The hydrophobic region would be in between the hydrophilic regions. The hydrophobic region will be embedded in the membrane and the hydrophilic regions will be on the inside and outside of the membrane.
