Well, if you want to look like, let's say... Megan Fox (Cause, yum. she's hot. And yeah I'm a girl and idc what you say.) You should eat like 2-3 meals a day. And that includes healthy snacks in-between. But if you wanna look like freaking Honey Boo Boo's Mom, then eat like 20 meals a day and 30 snacks, and don't make them healthy. Mhmk? I am doing this and this is what you should do:eat your breakfeast that is really light like a cereal and juice nothing else then a snack,an example for a supper can be mashed potatoes,rice and beans and later a snack, keep doing physical exercise1hour a day and drink lots and lots of water. The secret is to eat everything you want but in little portions, plenty of exercise and water.
