According to energyfiend.com, 127.92 cans of Red Bull will kill a 150 pound person. http://www.energyfiend.com/death-by-caffeine/
All depends on your body weight and metabolism. It's probably best to not drink any more than 3 in a 24 period. Also remember that large amounts of caffeinated drinks can lead to painful kidney stones.

Energy drinks have been associated with health risks, such as masking the effects of intoxication when consumed with alcohol and excessive or repeated consumption can lead to cardiac and psychiatric conditions.

However, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) concluded that an adequate consumption of Red Bull and other popular energy drinks is safe and that the amount of caffeine in standard Red Bull cans is unlikely to interact adversely with other typical constituents of energy drinks or with alcohol.

Red Bull drinkers may experience adverse effects as a result of overuse. Excessive consumption may induce mild to moderate euphoria primarily caused by stimulant properties of caffeine and may also induce agitation, anxiety, irritability and insomnia.

Red Bull won't make you drunk. There's no alcohol in it. May well make you hyper and jittery though.
